An order will have one of three possible status messages: 'Order received' means that we have received your order and that it is waiting to be processed. It does not mean that we are sitting around doing nothing, it means that there are other orders ahead of yours being processed! We will get to your order in turn. 'Order sent [date]' means that your order was despatched on the stated date and is on its way to you. 'Order delayed [message]' means that your order has been delayed and that we do not think we will be able to deliver as planned.
